Half Day Visit to the Baths
on Virgin Gorda
APPROXIMATE DURATION: 4/4.5 HOURS

Passengers board ferry from alongside the cruise ship to be taken on a pleasant 35 minute ferry ride across the sparkling waters of the Sir Francis Drake Channel to Virgin Gorda.

Once docked, passengers will be taken directly to the spectacular Baths awaiting taxis (5 minutes drive) The Baths is a unique formation of huge bolders surrounded by pristine white sandy beaches. The boulders are a result of volcanic eruptions and sea corrosion. It is a 10 minute walk down to the Baths from the stop off point.

At the Baths, passengers can enjoy the naturally formed pools of water set amongst the boulders which provide excellent swimming and snorkeling. There is also a marked National Parks Trail which winds its way through the heart of the Baths giving the opportunity for many memorable photographs.

Passengers can also take advantage of the beautiful beach area for more snorkeling or just to relax and absorb the sunshine. The beach area provides some shady spots, a quaint restaurant offering drinks and snacks and washrooms.

Back at the stop off point at the top of the Baths, there is a large covered gazebo where there will be a chance for refreshment by the complimentary fruit or rum punch before heading back to Spanish Town and the ship.
